IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Richmond, VA)

Lumen Sable Property Management manages apartment communities around Richmond. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
