IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sable Manufacturing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
