IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Toledo area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
