IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Foxglove Fern Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Charlotte, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 720 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
