IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Rivermark Bright Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cincinnati area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Families are partners. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
