IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Colorado Springs, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
