IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Foxglove Sable Manufacturing is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
