IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wren Environmental Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
