IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Clearpath Fern Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Spokane presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
