IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Foxglove Birch Foods is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
