IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Bright Beacon Manufacturing makes precision components in Albuquerque. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
