IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Lumen Glen Facilities looks after properties across the Cincinnati region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
