IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
