IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Bright Cross Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
