IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Honolulu with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
