IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Redstone Meridian Health Group is a healthcare provider in Tulsa with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
