IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Lumen Loom Markets serves neighbourhoods around Austin with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
