IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Orlando with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
