IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Northwind Meridian Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Denver. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
