IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Nova Ridge Property Management Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
