IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Stonegate Drift Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
