IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Amberfield Quill Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Las Vegas, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
