IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Rivermark Nest Property Management is a Fresno property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
