IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Summit Quill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Wichita presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
