IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Lumen Bright Construction is a Tucson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
