IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Greenridge Vista Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
