IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Lumen Hollow Freight is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
