IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Energy is an energy provider in Louisville focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
