IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Sable Staffing is a Raleigh staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
