IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Field Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 506 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
