IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Portland, OR)

Lumen Bridge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Portland, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
