IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight Ivory Health Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
