IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone Rowan Legal Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
