IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Thistle Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Pittsburgh, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
