IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Drift Health Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
