IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Corner Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Phoenix area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
