IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Vista Property Management Group is a Phoenix property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
