IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Inspection Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
