IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Orlando, FL)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Orlando with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
