IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Facilities and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
