IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Omaha, NE)

Bright Cross Legal Group is a Omaha practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
