IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Vista Construction and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
