IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Basin Facilities Group looks after properties across the Oklahoma City region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
