IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Mill Legal Group is a law firm in Oklahoma City serving businesses and individuals, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
