IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Granite Water Authority Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
