IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Drift Foods Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
