IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in Nashville with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
