IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Minneapolis area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
