IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners is a Minneapolis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
