IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Minneapolis presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
